The odor from the ceiling tile is awful and lingers

I replaced several tiles from several years ago in the product does not match in quality in any sense of the word but today does anything really. Packaging was poor as it was damaged on the sides product is flimsy

Still waiting for two more cases. Ordered 5 received 3, called customer service and still nothing. We will see how long it takes.

Every tile was damaged at all four corners.

Store pickup took a week to be ready.

I needed 24 panels(or 3 boxes). 1 panel out of 24 was damaged. Now i have to buy another box of 8 panels to get 1.

Product came with several slightly damaged. We were able to use those by cutting them but you don’t expect damaged tiles. These tiles are extremely fragile and do damage and dent easily. They are up now and look good!

Good material to work with seems very durable.

Used more than the 10% extra as a few tiles were damaged. They were face to face inside the center of the box. Missed quality control. Some I was able to use when I had to trim an edge others are trashed. Can't return a partial box.

With the new tracks it looks beautiful! The plain white makes it look so clean.

The corners were damaged and not square, had to be carefully cut square by me. Also Home Depot would not credit the return of excess product.

My order came with two damaged cases of material and I still have not heard back from Lowe's of when I can expect my replacements, not very good with communication as far as I'm concerned.

Saw quite a few prior reviews mentioning poor packaging resulting in damage to the tiles when they arrived. I order 9 cases of these and one of the cases and maybe 2-3 tiles in it had some minor damage to the edges but I've seen similar damage on packages that are in-store items. The damage was minor enough that you couldn't even see it once in the grid. The finish is a little different than the sample in the store showed. It is somewhere between a semi-gloss and satin finish paint. It isn't perfectly smooth either. There is a texture to it as well. Seemed smoother in the store. We still really like how they looked when installed though. Less "commercial-ly" looking than the normal mineral fiber ones you usually see and they don't look as cheap as the faced fiberglass ones.

Tiles arrived cracked on at least two or all 4 corners. The boxes were split open and dropped on my porch. This has most to do with delivery, but product was not well protected or cared for.

They are beautiful, but I had to return them 3 times, they come broken, currently expecting another replacement order. They are not packed appropriately therefore they are mishandled and when open the box they are broken.
