Love the fixture but was shipped wrong finish. I have contacted Wayfair several times to exchange for the correct color but have not heard anything back for months now. I called again this week several times and still have not heard back about exchange. I miss the old Wayfair customer service. The new system is horrible.

It never arrives
I order this more than 24 weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped, it was supposed to be delivered at the most 10 weeks after the order was made, terrible, never buying anything from here again
Exactly what we were waiting for. This faucet was the finishing touch to our kitchen remodel and bar area. Thank goodness Wayfair had this in stock otherwise we’d be waiting for Kohler to ship this faucet out in mid January 2024.
Ok, I have not installed this yet but OMG, this is so beautiful. One piece, no clutter at the sink, it looks like a piece of shining silver gold. When the sink and this get installed, will send pics! Very thrilled and excited over here!

It’s like jewelry for my kitchen! Used this for my husbands coffee bar in polished nickel and he loves it! It’s higher for the price point so I waited for a sale. Kohler has great customer service so I think it’s worth it.

Faucet leaks and can not take it apart to repair because the nut is stripped
