The order fulfillment and support information were good. I was able to assemble it with the provided tools and info with no real surprises. The material looks promising; I expect it would last a long time as expected. I like the traditional green color.
Quality Control Issues (and maybe a design flaw)
For the most part, these are pretty good chairs. The material itself is fantastic, very solid. Chair looks great when assembled, but there are definitely a few issues that spoiled what would have otherwise been a 5-star experience.
