This purchase went very well and great delivery time. However a subsequent purchase of a new LG Dryer has been a complete nightmare and I will never buy an appliance again from Home Depot!

Terrible Quality Control

The faucet you sent me was damaged. The inner boxes were badly damaged by the company that delivered the faucet to your supplier. Your supplier put the damaged boxes in a new carton as is and sent the faucet to me. I inspected the faucet and found a bent part that I replaced with a new part. The lack of quality control was very disappointing. Since you are not the manufacturer I decided to purchase a new part and fix the faucet myself because I did not want to waste my time talking to your customer service. I do not plan on ever purchasing any other items from your company.

We've had one of these at our old house. We bought 3 more for our new home. My ONLY complaint would be that we have an on demand water heater and there is not enough pressure to get hot water.

We love this faucet set. It completes our goal of a rustic, farm-house atmosphere for our bath remodel. It has received several compliments already. So far, it works fine; no complaints.

Note very reliable

Nice styling, worked great for a while in a seldom used powder room, then no hot water. When I replaced the cartridge, the new cartridge leaked water out all around the handle (but the hot water worked). After many great Moen fixtures, this is the first and last Pfister I'll ever buy. I noted on the Pfister website the replacement cartridges has an average 2 star rating because they were so troublesome.

Love the look and style of this faucet. The only drawback is water tends to stay in the trough...it could have been angled JUST a bit more so it empties completely after use. Other than that, it's a perfect fit and easy to install.
