this is the worst company

I have been trying to get a replacement part for my tv fireplace that is just a little over 1 year. I have call and got no help I was told I needed to send a picture of the part even though I had the mod/ser number and the part number. I was told I would receive a call and never did . This the worst company I have ever dealt with. A piece of the door fell off and I had to glue it back on.

Looks great

I baught this in October and it worked well Until January then the power switch broke, filed a ticket, and called. Have not got a call back, have no response to ticket except to transfer ticket from one agent to another, but no other response from company. I even baught the extended warranty, but still no response from this company. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. Fair warning you will be stuck with a broke product, and a company that doesn't care.

This TV Consol with the built-in fireplace is perfect for a smaller space. It measures 48 inches wide and fits perfectly into the space we needed in a bedroom that was converted into a small sitting room. The farmhouse style is functional and yet modern. The fireplace is beautiful, and also throws a nice amount of heat when needed

Defective heater and zero customer response

Heater was defective. It worked for 4 hours and stopped. Opened a ticket with the manufacturer and got zero response. Called their support and was told a tech would call back in 48 hours. That didn’t happen so called back and was told the same thing. Again, 48 hours passed and no call back. Returned to Home Depot and got a refund.

of course it fails

of course it fails to heat anymore just a few months after the ONE YEAR warranty expires. extremely disappointed that this product can't even function as a space heater for less than 8 months of heating (because who heats in the summer?) and now there's no option to replace the insert either.

Cottonwood 47.50 in. Media Console

It has regular hinged doors despite looking like barn doors. They're not bad but if you want true barn doors, pick wisely. It's sturdy but if you have a 43 in or larger TV you won't fit much more on the top. All in all, it was a good purchase for a single bedroom apartment.

Love the ambiance, sized well for small apartment yet fits a 50” TV very well on top. Haven’t needed the heating element therefore can’t speak for that. Everyone that sees it compliments on it.

Good Quality

We have had this TV stand for almost 2 years and it has held up great! It is very durable even with 5 kids and multiple dogs running around-we get so many compliments on it's look, and the heat feature is nice too!

Worst purchase

This item came in damaged. I want to send it back but it takes hours to put together. So now I’m stuck with it. Part of the heater vent was bent and one of the boards.

I love this tv stand! It's durable and easy to put together. The only thing I didn't like is that there were no screw holes to install the brackets that hold the fireplace in place, so I did not install those yet. It will probably require a drill.

Amazing with QVC Issues

It looks amazing and fits my room perfectly. However, this is the second item I've ordered from QVC that has come damaged. I totally understand shipping issues happen. The dent on the beverage fridge I ordered i can deal with. This purchase had inside damaged items. The fireplace backside dented up. Several dowels broken off. Still an amazing item. Its just cosmetic issues are present due to shipping.

Country Themed Coordinating TV Stand

It took a couple of hours to put together but once it was finished the results were incredible. I love this tv stand. It is made with solid wood & once I got the fireplace pieces to fit it looks like a real fire. I’ve gotten several compliments & my granddaughters love to sit in front of it like they are sitting in front of a fire.
