Horrible. It feels cheap and it does t screw into sockets straight. Also this is a NON-DIVERTER spout! So you cannot switch to shower from tub.

Fit very well in my tub! The chrome matched well with the sink faucet. I just love this fixture!

Classy look but poor performance

We purchased the Ashlyn tub trim package for our new bathroom because I wanted something with a squared shape to match other fixtures. After installation, however, we realized that the water flow rate was minimal at best. This tub spout is plastic, and has a plastic inner tube that restricts the water flow to only 1.75 gpm, meaning it would take almost 20 minutes to get enough water to bathe in! We replaced the tub spout with Signature Hardware Greyfield spout, which has a 17 gpm flow rate, and it made a huge difference. I wish I had known what the Ashlyn's gpm was before buying. Do not recommend.

tub spout does not have a diverter NOWHERE does it state the pull tab on the spout is not there and its a dummy

THE TUB SPOUT, THE PART THAT STOPS THE SHOWER AND TURNS ON THE TUB SPOUT IS NOT THERE. IT IS A DUMMY SPOUT, A NON-DIVERTER AND THEREFORE MY PLUMBING HAD TO COME TO A HALT FOR DAYS UNTIL I GET GET ANOTHER SPOUT. THAT IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS THAT YOU WOULD NOT BE TOLD THIS. I AM NOW HAVING TO BUY A COMPLETE DIFFERENT TUB SPOUT THAT COMES WITH A DIVERTER. DO NOT BUY. I AM SO MAD I WANT TO RETURN EVERY DELTA PRODUCT I BOUGHT WHICH WAS PRACTICALLY MY ENTIRE BATHROOM RENO. VERY MIS ADVERTISED.

NOT A DIVERTER!

Very frustrating, for some reason shipping took longer than Lowe's usually does then when I finally got it I realized the tub spout is NOT a shower diverter, it's for a tub only. The description is wrong and no where in the specifics does it clarify that and of course I failed to notice the other reviews that did say it. If you need the shower/tub diverter (with no showerhead), this is the part number you need #T14464-RBLHD (for Venetian Bronze, remove the "RB" for other finishes). Lowe's/Delta, fix the description please!

The faucet and trim look great. a bit difficult to install if a novice but a pro should have no problem.

Low Quality

The faucet and square trim around the handle are cheap plastic. I chose Delta because of their good reputation but feel differently now. I would not recommend this product to potential buyers.
