Description very misleading

"Valve included" is false advertising. I ordered the kit only to find out at the last minute from my plumber that the valve was NOT included. Further reading shows that you have to purchase the valve separately.

The product is very well made. The advertisement regarding price was deceptive in that it didn’t state that the valve body was not included in the purchase price.

Liked the look. Quality not as good as other products. Contractor recommended something else so ended up returning.

Should have gotten a better picture up close but trust me it is beautiful. The quality you would expect from Delta. We got the chrome because y’all that’s definitely coming back! And it is not the cheap chrome look of yesteryear. It is stunning.

This product looks great online, but is less remarkable unboxed. Flimsy and rather cheap. Use this in a builder grade home.

Wayfair has the absolute worst quality items. I don’t know why I kept giving it a try. They literally send pekoe’s heavily used, damaged or just straight up wrong products and refuse to stand behind anything they sell. We have spent so many thousands of dollars for our company and will never ever order from here again.
