The logs are exactly what we expected and we are very pleased with the product quality and look. One of the logs was broken when it arrived and the customer service was better than I have every experienced. A replacement was sent right away. We are enjoying our new fire pit!

Fire Pit Logs

I ordered a smaller set initially but decided that I needed a larger set. The customer service was outstanding during this process of order, re-order, return, credit card credit issuance, etc. The logs themselves are extremely realistic looking and I'm exceptionally pleased with the purchase. Bill

Grand Canyon Log Set

Royal Fire Pits was great. The products are exactly as described and look and work great. Unfortunately, Fed Ex was terrible and due to unauthorized changes to my address, they caused my order to be delayed by almost 2 weeks. FedEx has the worst customer service, and if I could, I would rate FedEx as a big ZERO. Jordan, at Royal Fire Pits, got through to FedEx and my order arrived at a satellite location so I could pick it up. I will follow up with a photo of my finished firepit when the weather cools down. It's currently too hot to sit by an open fire.

Looks terrific in our see-thru fireplace

We have two fireplaces, and one is a two-sided see-thru one. After spending over $1200 for a local company to install gas logs in our main family room masonry fireplace, I decided to order this unit for our secondary installation and did it myself for substantially less money. Honestly, these logs combined with the RealFyre See-Thru Vented Fireplace Burner (G45-2-24) turned out better than the more expensive unit for much less investment. The logs look terrific, and very realistic. Very happy with them.
