So pleased with this shower head! I I researched so many and decided on this one. I couldn't be happier. It was easy to install and works great! It is adjustable for tall and shorter people with so many different choices of stream from rain to massage. It met all my expectations, shipping was quick and I'm going to get a 2nd one for my quest bathroom.

Customer Warning.
Over the past year I have had to replace this model 3 times because after a single week the pulsating action setting quit pulsating. I can only conclude there is a product defect that the Company is ignoring.

The reviews don't lie. This is in my husband's bathroom shower and it's coveted as the 'best shower in the house.' The install took ten minutes total. The switch to change the settings is smooth and effortless. I recently had a neck injury and I was down there every day using the massage setting. It certainly does chug water (if we take 2 showers in a row we start running out of hot water) but it's absolutely worth it. I didn't even know showers could have this kind of pressure!
