Supporting beams fall apart

I bought the bed frame 1.5 years ago, since then one of the supporting beams of the mattress broke and the beams that touch the ground are constantly falling over. Every few weeks I have to take off the mattress and readjust, trying as hard as I can to tighten the screws, but the screws never tighten no matter how many times I use the Allen wrench. It looks very nice in my apartment. The white is a beautiful color, but the middle part that supports the mattress is too much of a hassle.

Great quality bed

This bed is great. My husband said it was very easy to put together. The quality is excellent and I really like that you have the option of setting the platform high or low.

Solid and easy to put together

Looks better and feels more solid than I expected. I marked it 4 stars because there was a black mark on the headboard but no damage so I kept it. I will try to clean or use touch up paint if not. My daughter put it together by herself (king size!) She used the higher legs-you have an option-so I could store things under the bed. Love the light airy feel my room has now with the white I chose.

This is a lovely solid bed. I gave it 4 stars because some parts were damaged upon arrival and there was definately an unpleasant off gassing. It eventually went away but I was uncomfortable with the smell from a health perspective. Customer service replaced the damaged parts without a problem.

A nice guest room bed.

A nice bed frame that is the perfect size and just what we thought we were getting. There are 2 small cracks in the headboard though, which makes me wonder if it was a return and not an overstock. The mattress fit perfectly and the frame is quite sturdy - great for a guest room.

Pop of white with distinction

This is a great platform bed. The new and upcoming thing, no box spring needed. Perfect for my daughters room. The bold lines and vivid white color are amazing.

We love this bed!

Great bed frame. Bought it for my daughter who was a senior in high school. Went together easily looks great and is quite sturdy. We took it apart and moved it when she went to college and it came apart and back together easily. Great value!

Great replacement for our Guest Room

This bed is very nice looking. My husband and I put it together in about 90 minutes. The Allen wrench seems to be the order of assembling but the hardware supplied worked great. A handful of extra pieces was appreciated although we didn't need to use any. I would of given it 5 stars but there are 8 holes on the headboard where i feel an insert or cap should of been included. I have contacted Overstock to see if they can address that issue.

Beautiful design and quality. High-end look for formal or informal bedroom. Coordinates well with white modern design dresser And night stand. Hardware and mattress support structure is sturdy and precision cut for easy assembly.

Legs was broken upon its delivery. I had to return the bed. Price is very good. But not sure about the packing. Overstock CustomerCare is great and reliable.

This bed has been great for our daughter. It also has held up well when my parents sleep in it when they visit. The quality has been great both for children and two full size adults!

The bed came missing many parts. It was impossible to reach the manufacturer, and I'm still waiting to get the hardware and parts that were missing. Not worth the cost savings to buy this cheap bed.

Love the color and design of this bed. Lots of storage area under the bed. I use a bedspread which hangs lower than the base so no need for a bedskirt. This was very easy to put together. Got it together in an hour by myself. I had a little snag trying to insert one of the side boards into the bottom board- because I did not screw in one of the screws all the way.( Problem solved as soon as I realized what the issue was!) The bed is sturdy and the head board is tall enough( I was worried about that). The slats are nailed into the frame so there is no sliding! The only negative I have to say Is the head board is made from very thin (?) wood and the slats have an odor that still remains and it has been about a week since I put the bed together.

This is a very high quality bed and costs 1/4 of what I would have to pay in a Hawaii! It looks fresh and easily supports a king mattress (also from Overstock). And yes - I have already recommended this bed to two friends. About to order it in a double. Thanks, Overstock!!!
