[Rewarded Review] A beautiful kitchen sink!

This is my second time using this matte gold sink in a kitchen! It’s so lovely. Very good quality and the gold finish is beautiful!

Gorgeous sink.

This sink is stunning. It has a scratch resistant coating that makes it so easy to clean.

It scratches easily

Installed in July of this year (2023). To protect finish purchased sink grid. After a month of usage noticed scratch marks corresponding to sink grid feet. Removed the sink grid to prevent further damage. Now (Nov 2023) noticing the beginnings of other scratch marks so will have to use a rubber mat of some kind going forward to prevent further damage. Email discussion with Signature Hardware customer service not satisfactory - blamed a brand new sink grid for the initial issue. Not a durable product at all.

Awesome Sink Poor Presentation

This sink is absolutely a show stopper and my installer had no issues. What I am not happy about is the presentation. Ny box arrived crushed with parts like screws and such not in any packaging or box. When you spend this type of money for an item you expect it to be packaged better. The rep that I spoke with regarding this was rude. I won't buy anything else from this company.

No matching disposal flange

The sink looks great, but there is no garbage disposal flange available in a matching material. When you purchase you're asked "Optional Drain" yes/no for which they charge you and send you a basket strainer. So now I get to install said basket strainer and wait while they manufacture the matching flange which has no defined timetable. I then get to pay for the second drain, uninstall the first, and install the new drain and disposal. Why on earth would you sell a kitchen sink without a matching disposal flange?
