Works ok.

It does the job but occasionally food gets stuck and cats complain. Yes, they should just use their little paws to fish it out but alas, they are spoiled and I have to give it a shake. Not sure if I’d rely on this for an overnight trip.

Automatic Water bowl Failure

I bought a pet food dispenser and a automatic water bowl. The dispenser is simply gravity driven. However, the water bowl has a little valve inside that gets pushed up when the tank is installed upside down and the water will start flowing. One would think. Not so. Unfortunately it did not work and there is not a whole lot one can do about it other than return it. Disappointing.

Auto feeder/water

I don’t use the water container because it’s plastic and the drinking area gets slimy after a couple days. Easier to just use a bowl.

The water doesn’t dispense…waste of money. And the food (small pieces or large) had to be tilted to get it to fill the bowl.

The packaging was a joke. The feeder and waterer were both bent and dented. Fortunately they work, because it was a bit of an emergency situation.

Over priced bad quality

This product did not work the way it was supposed to.

When they arrived, they were Damage because they were shipped in a plastic bag not a box. I went ahead and kept them because I needed them But the bottles on both containers are damaged.

Does not dispense. Have to jiggle the canister to get water and food to dispense. Water jug screw lid wont screw on without cross threading. Then will not dispense water unless put in at an angle. I have small dog food in the other dispenser and it will not dispense without jiggling it each time.

Plenty of food for our puppy's
