You will need an HVAC Tech!

I installed this mini-split as recommended by the manufacturer, but although it comes pre-charged, but you will still need a HVAC tech to pump it. My unit came with a defect code on the board and needed to be serviced from day 1, I am not spending more money on this to fix it as I already spent the unit cost on service just to have it running.

No service after the sale

Bought and had local ac company install.Six months later it stopped cooling during the hottest months of summer in TX.I had the ac company check it out and it was leaking refrigerant somewhere in the condenser.I called AUX and was told to submit an email to their support team.I did.Two weeks later I followed up and two weeks after that I followed up again.I finally got a response on my third email simply telling me the unit wasn’t installed correctly.No further communication from them to date

Great purchase Great mini split it really made a difference is lot cooler and running smooth we are very happy with the quality of the unit

Absolutely no honoring of warranty. Don't even expect a call back.

I can’t rate the system because I still haven’t received the mount that I ordered 29 August !

It didn’t come with rubber vibration mounts, AC works great , lots of features too

The unit is great once you figure out the directions. No wiring diagram at all just pictures. The 110v line is not connected from the factory and the pictures do not clearly show where to tie it in. If you contact customer service they send you the same blurry pictures with nothing marked. After almost 2 weeks someone finally told me the location to tie it in sort of.... I'd never buy from them again. The poor customer service rating is for AUX not home depot.

It works out well for the room. It took a while to install due to unexpected installations needed to be done and it was quiet expensive the cost of installing.

Love Love my mini split air conditioner.it keeps my whole living room and kitchen area cold.

Unit was not difficult to install. Worked great for two months. Compressor failed and manufacturer said to consult them instead of Home Depot. We brought our heat and air provider back in to diagnose and repair it. However, after 5 months the parts have not been delivered to our heat and air provider. We have now contacted Home Depot and they are going to refund it once we uninstall and return it. I cannot recommend this brand of unit. However, Home Depot customer service has been helpful and responsive as usual!
