I have 3 Avalon. I bought in 2007 all of chrome. Only problem has been replacing the valves 2 or 3 times. Customer service has all been great.

Rusted on hot water side!!
I have this approximately 4-5 yrs. you would expect the product to last longer than that. I own 3 PricePhister bathroom facets and 2 of the 3 have rusted hot water handles.

The faucet looked nice but we paid to have it installed and only then did we find out the water c...
The faucet looked nice but we paid to have it installed and only then did we find out the water comes straight down (or almost backward) from the faucet. This mean we were trying to wash our hands in the far back portion of the sink and water splashed all over the counter each time. It needs to be angled outward so the water hits a few inches forward in the sink...Pfister needs to re-design this one.
