I took a chance buying the Avana over the better-known, more expensive brand I already own, and I won't go back. The Avana Waterproof Throw is made of a lush synthetic velveteen on both sides as opposed to cheaper knock-offs made of fleece which is prone to pilling and toughening over time & washes. Fleece also collects pet hair. Liquid soaks ACROSS this material, but not THROUGH each layer, leaving the other side & everything beneath dry. It's tasteful & discreet for those of us putting it to intimate uses. So, no need to hide it when Mother-In-Law visits. I just might buy another for traveling. Overall, this is a worthwhile investment I'm likely to repeat in a third color.

Wrong item sent 3 different times

Looked like a nice product but continued to send me the wrong color I ordered red 3 different times and every time overstock sent indigo !!! Very frustrating and cancelled my order after the third attempt
