Flushed for 18 months
This tankless toilet worked well for 18 months, then stopped flushing due to low water flow. After cleaning and removing the water filter, the issue remained. Swiss Madison hasn't responded to my inquiry, and the 12-month warranty has expired. I’m now forced to add water manually with a cup to flush the toilet until I can get the toilet replaced.
