Nice product...HOWEVER...

I had very good luck with my WBV19DZ for a few years (quiet, functional, etc). However when the unit quit cooling, the Avanti support was a nightmare. Every repair facility they 'recommended' was incompetent. Because of this, I can't recommend any Avanti.

Don't count on Avanti customer support!!

Our Avanti WBV19DZ Dual Zone bev cooler worked fine for several years, but servicing it was a nightmare! Avanti Cust Service recommended multiple "service" locations-and they were ALL complete FLAKES! Avanti repeatedly ignored my pleas for help..NO MORE!!

Sturdy, dependable and great looking

We picked this beverage cooler because it was the perfect fit for our new bar. We've had it now for 3 years and it still runs silently and looks great.

Great Fridge! Would only change 1 thing.

This is a great dual zone cooler. The only thing I would change is I would have the light turn on when the door is open. As it is now you have to unlock the controls to turn the light on.

[Rewarded Review] Nice looking wine cooler

Researched many different wine coolers and many different vendors. Best Buy was able to price match and provide the Best Buy guarantee. Had it delivered to the store in case it was damaged during delivery, saving us the problem of repacking and returning. The sales man was knowledgeable about the Avanti and recommended it. I will have be more knowledgeable after we receive it and have been able to enjoy it for a while.

The light only stays on temporarily and is not bright enough to help read labels. Sometimes the machine changes the chilling modes. Other then that the product is as it was described and meets expectations.

I am so pleased with this beverage cooler. I like the fact that I can lock both sides separately. It looks fantastic in my new kitchen.

Mediocre performance

Purchased this when we remodeled our kitchen and bar area. This sits under the bar to store red wine on the left and various other drinks on the right. It looks good, but not really a good performer. The doors sometimes will bounce back and not seal, the handles get loose over time (have to keep tightening) it runs louder than expected, and worst of all it won't keep the right side lower than 41 degrees. For really good cold beer and other beverages the right side should go as low as 35 degrees. So I am disappointed with this. Next time I will do better research.

Great Wine Cooler

We have had our wine cooler about 8 months. I wanted to wait to see if we had any issues. No issues, it holds alot of beverages and you can also store beer bottles in the bottom basket. It is quiet and has a nice light and locking feature. Good purchase. The item came on time and in perfect condition.

I keep setting the temperature at the recommended temperature but it will not stay. Two days after it was installed everything got frozen in the fridge and had exploded and made such a mess. I am so frustrated with it.

More hopeful this time

So far, so good. Keeping drinks cold. Hoping that the company fixed the numerous problems with the old model. Still must make sure doors are closed after every use--the seal is not tight so be warned.

Great chiller!

We went 2 years with a chiller that just wouldn't keep drinks cold but our new chiller is just perfect! It keeps drinks cold, it's not noisy, it looks great and fits perfectly in the space. Pleased to recommend to anyone!

Bought this wine cooler and have had nothing but problems with it. Had it replaced once under warranty but now it's out of warranty and after paying a $59 service call, they want $450 to repair the circuit board. The temperature keeps going from fahrenheit to celcius then the lights go on and off. And, I am unable to get the thermostat to move. For what this unit cost I am extremely disappointed with it's performance.

Finally a good purchase

I had purchased a wine cooler in the past, it took little time for it to give me issues., humming noises and not the correct cooling temperature. I refrained from buying another, due to not the cost, but fear of quality. I finally did some more research and purchased this wine cooler / beverage cooler and couldn't be more happier.

Nice and quiet

Actually converted the right side for white wines, works well. Temperature can fluctuate a few degrees on both sides from setting (2-3 degrees), but not noticeable when drinking. Was concerned about how quiet it was but it's great.

Great Purchase

After having what we considered to be a very nice beverage fridge made by Magic Chef which gave us nothing but problems this new Avanti Beverage fridge is way more than a step above. So far we are very happy with it and love that it actually has two seperate compartments, one for wines, one for beverages (beer, soda, etc.). Price was well worth it.
