Hello! I hate to say but we are very disappointed in this playset. We shopped for months looking for the perfect swing set for my daughter’s third birthday and spent over our budget to purchase this one from avenlur. The instructions were chaotic and there were so many pieces and a lot of missing information and missing directions to assemble. It took my daughters father and friend over 2 weekends to put together and were very disappointed to see a lot of the pieces chipped and some slightly broken and it was very dirty. Even after a major wipe down some areas were very stained. The playset is assembled finally and would be too much of a hassle to take apart but a return was considered. I had very high expectations and do wonder if this was a one off because all the other reviews seem great unless the reviews are filtered and chosen on which to display. Either way I wanted to express my concerns and share my experience because I wouldn’t want another person to spend a thousand dollars of their hard earned money to be a disappointed mother as I am. If there is anything that can be done at this point I am open to discuss. Thank you much!

Set looks extremely cheap for the price. Highly disappointed!

Design is cute and just right for my 18 month old. He’s very happy exploring it.

Quality product. Perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter. I like that you can put the slide, climbing wall and ladder in whichever openings you choose. When I saw that it was white, I mistakenly assumed it was paint not just an annual weather proofing. Assembly was pretty straightforward though I struggled with attaching the roof.

My 3 year old son loves it and calls it his hide out. Perfect for little ones, would recommend a bigger set for older kids as this one we will most likely out grow in a few years.

I love the aesthetic of this play set. it look beautiful in the backyard. my daughter is 16 months and growing up so fast. she loves the swing and is starting to climb up the ramp. i can see her using this for a long time :)

Only 2/3 of the boxes arrived, so we can't put it together. So far the company has not offered any solutions.

Very cute little swing set. My two year old loves the swings and slide. The only downside is the quality of the wood is very cheap but it also is pretty light if a few people got together you could lift it and move it

Customer service was very responsive when I had questions about my delivery date.. I did order on back order so knew it would take awhile to ship..but was delivered within the window they originally promised..its a cute swing set (on the smaller side)which is what we were looking for… nice quality

This playset is great and was the perfect present for our daughter’s first birthday! It looks nice and has a lot of fun features that our daughter can grow into and use for years. Customer service was also very quick to answer any questions I had.

I had such a hard time choosing a swing set because nothing was my style but I LOVE this one! It does need to be cemented into the ground so keep that in mind, but we love the design and it wasn’t too bad to put together, just a ton of parts.

My child loves this play gym! The directions were clear and it was easy for my husband to put together. Took about 5 hours though!

It’s really cute! Our girls love the slide and playhouse side. Only complaint is that the swingset part is very very dangerous and rocks back and forth the entire time my 2 year old is on it. I think it needs reinforcements but we can’t allow our kids to play on that part of it until we find a way to make it safer.

Literally came missing two extremely important parts that delayed us being able to finish it with Theo contractors we had booked. Had to go cut them with a skill saw at Home Depot. Also this has to be staked into the ground so it does not hold up well at all how we have it right now.

The swing set is cute but it is not sturdy. The information says that it will hold children ages 3-11. Our small 8 year old cannot swing on the swing set and our tiny 3 year old even makes the swing set wobble and make creaking sounds. We wish we had purchased a different set that would be able to hold our kids.

The beam holding the swing up is small and held together with small screws. This swing will not work for kids over 50lbs without breaking.

Nice compact play set that has a lot to offer without taking up too much room. Kiddo loves the swing, slide and hanging bar, while playing adventures in the sitting areas. She apparently thinks she's a bus driver with the steering wheel. Great for her at 20 months old, and plenty to grow into. White design also looks sharp in the yard. Customer service department is very responsive to needs.

Perfect little swing set for my soon to be 3 year old. I love that its not too big or bulky and offers the ability to swap out and accessorize as needed. Was easily put together in 4 hours and everyone I show this swingset to always compliments with how cute it is! Customer service for this company is superb and I love their modern design aesthetic!

What a cute set! Have been searching for a farmhouse look in a swingset in our backyard, love it! The sandbox and concession stand section is also so much fun for my daughter and her friends. Quality is great, assembly was pretty good, although you need to know what your doing. Thankfully my husband is pretty handy so he and his dad built it one Sunday afternoon.
