Very lovely swing set

Bought this swing set for my son's birthday. The instructions were easy to follow. Took 2 adults one weekend to put together. The only downside was that the packs of screws were not labeled, so we had to measure them to make sure they were the correct size. The quality is great. It is very sturdy. The finished product is absolutely stunning. I am more than happy with this purchase. Words cannot explain how wonderful this swing set is!

Great backyard set!

We ordered this swingset for my daughters second birthday knowing she would be able to use it for years to come. It's the perfect size for our backyard and we had it professionally assembled in under six hours. The unit itself is very sturdy and my daughter has had a blast with the swing slide and rock wall. We have had her and all her friends use it all summer and it has held up well. Not sure how well it would do with older kids, but everyone in our group 7 and under loves it so far. I would highly recommend this set for younger kids!

The instructions need to be updated/changed. Several times during assembly parts or pieces needed to be removed in order to complete the next step and then redo the original step. Not enough of specific screws and more than enough of others.

Splitting wood and mis labeled instructions

ordered this as a gift for my childs birthday and ordered it early enough to recieve and assemble before then. delivery was tied up because paperwork error.After weeks of phone calls and nearly canceling the order, we finally recieve the playset.we start assembly,screws and parts are mixed up poorly labeled. The wood is poor quality and %25 of the boards split when screwed.

We never received our playset. We called after 2 weeks to be informed it was “lost”. We asked if they could send another one. And they said no they had to cancel the order then we could reorder one once the money returned to our account. We were refunded but we decided against ordering another one due to not knowing if we’d receive that one either. It was such a disappointment.

Very happy with the Knights Bridge Ultimate Swing Set, 3 men 7 hrs completed. Instructions were easy to read . We are carpenters and over 65 years old..

Came with pieces missing. Homedepo was no help. Dealing with the company has been a nightmare.. Wood split easy.. very cheap and not worth it. Don’t waste your money…

NOT SAFE! DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy! complete waste of money! had this up for 3 months and its already falling apart! Not safe! more than 10 pieces of wood are splitting and company wont do anything if its been more than 30 days.

Overall I think this is a very good kit for the price. My father and I put most of it together in a day. Most of the instructions were good, and there were only a few parts that we thought were unclear. I expect the kids will get many years of use out of it, and they love it so far.

Nice swingset has a lot of parts so you must be patient. Ours didn’t come with instructions and was missing a few parts. Called the company and they sent the stuff out right away was easy to deal with. parts were labeled, but all the screws/bolts bags had numbers on them, but didn’t know where they went. We were able to figure it all out. 2 person job for sure or more! The grandkids love it and it looks nice!

Good quality, well worth the labor to pay someone else to do it. Consider the cost of that, plus rubber much, landscaping fabric and liner. The chains from the glide rider were to small, so I called the company(great customer service) and they sent a extension clip no charge. Set is exactly as pictured. Very pleased with purchase.

Nice playset

Every piece is labeled nicely for easy assembly. Instructions do get more vague as you get farther in the project. Overall nice material. Shipping company will probably destroy it it you have bad luck.

I would not recommend this product it looks better in the picture. The wood is very weak does not seem durable at all. The picnic bench and table are tiny not really anything our toddler can do on there. It is just way to small i wouldn’t waste your money on this. We chose to assemble it ourselves because we are very handy individuals but the directions were awful, none of the screws looked or measured as the directions, nothing was predrilled but a couple of parts, there were parts missing, and they are unable to to get ahold of I sent two emails, a Facebook message and left one voicemail before I received a response. The small parts that were predrilled still cracked despite following each step as directed. It just was not worth $1600. If I were you I would save up to buy a better brand and I would not not even pay $1200 for anyone to assemble it. It does not meet my expectations, not worth my money never would I buy this brand.

Directs are a pain in the “butt”. Multiple boards come so warped that some things just don’t line up. Luckily, I’m married to a handy man. So we made it work. I don’t believe the wood is cedar either. More like a coated pine. The anchors it comes with could also be better. I have a 6 year old who is only 40lbs and she can make the swing set lift off the ground. Definitely do not Recommend for older children.

Extremely hard to assemble, holes not centered, wood lengths not accurate. Box was completely torn open when delivered by UPS. Took over a week to put together.....too many parts and screws.....some sections should come assembled. Love the finished product though!

The Playset is great, my 2 year old loves it and will definitely grow into it! The installation wasn’t that difficult, although it did take a full day. The packaging was a bit confusing because the parts and hardware were intermixed, so much of the day was spent searching for parts.
