The quality of the product is actually quite good. I would rate it higher but the package shipped missing critical parts and I’m still waiting on delivery of the missing parts a month later so install can complete. Unfortunate, but true. And in speaking to the installer, quite common

Paid but not received

Vendor did not ship order ending in 6 weeks, promises to replace order 4 weeks ago did not yield any action. No estimate communication and unclear if I will receive it. I wish to receive product, and this may or may not be some inventory management issue but this is not acceptable

Several Trips to the Hardware Store Later ...

We ordered this for our little's birthday. It was delivered in a sealed pallet, and when we got started on it we quickly found out it didn't come with more than half the hardware (screws, bolts, washers, etc.) Several trips to the hardware store later, and more money, we got the playground up. Our little loves it, but we paid too much money for this to have been as large of an issue as it was.

This playset is great in size and my kids aged 1-6 all love it. It's sturdy and uses high quality material. However, the screws that connect the slide to the top of the tower stick out, they are not flush or inset and can easily snag on loose clothing or scratch. The tire swing section also is not long enough and the tire swing has already hit and damaged part of the wood. I've already told my kids they cannot lean back at all or have any arms/legs sticking out because they will hit the wood side (tower side). For that reason alone I would not recommend this model.

Awesome Playset

This play set is such a staple in our backyard and my daughters absolutely LOVE it! It’s more sturdier than another brand we purchased 2 years ago and is so much nicer. My kids love it!

I purchased this for my toddler and he loves it so far! It is a great addition to the yard. We did have two issues- the trapeze bar came rusted and the installer shared that he was missing two of the hex bolts. We have contacted the company in the hopes they will help resolve the issue.

We bought a Gorilla playset through a third party and it turned out disastrous where our credit card company had to go after the third party to return our money after 8 months. I decided to go directly through Gorilla, and our playset showed up a week later. The wood quality was fantastic, directions were easy to follow. My ONLY complaint is the bags and boxes of hardware have no rhyme or reason. There will be 10 of something you need in one bag, and the other 2 in another. Just requires more double checking you have the right hardware. I built this exclusively by myself as a 110 lb mother. It wasn’t the easiest, but it wasn’t terrible either. As an engineer, it definitely has my stamp of approval for people of all expertise levels and ages to help build. I am incredibly happy with our purchase.

Seems to be a solid swing set. A few bolts were bent and a couple of other pieces of hardware were missing, but nothing major. Was able to find them at Ace Hardware. Took about 3 days to complete working a few hours each day with 2 people. Kids love it.

We were very lucky to find a wooden playset recently given how many are currently out of stock. This set is absolutely great! My husband completed the entire set practically by himself in one weekend. It went together relatively easily and the instructions were appropriately detailed. We love that the wood is sanded so nicely. It's amazing what a difference little details like this make in quality and safety.

Have had this for a year and so far so good! We had it professionally installed by someone local and we are very happy with it. The kids love it and it's sturdy even with the crazy winters we have in our area. We did have a few pieces missing, but we contacted the vendor and they shipped them out quickly so very happy with the customer service. Don't mind the lighter color in the pictures on the wood. That's just some chalk from our kiddos having a good time!

I loved it but my problem is I ordered the pioneer peak somehow would up with a different one . Order the skyloft it had no instructions, no screws or bolts

This swingset is exactly as described. While it is fairly large, the directions were easy and it took my husband about 14 hours total to put up with the help of my 11 year old son. The wood is solid and made from good quality materials. I would definitely recommend this swing set!

We have been very pleased with this play set. We have 5 young kids and it has shown to be durable as well as entertaining for our family. The options of the set help, versatility is key!
