Missing pieces, inaccurate instructions
This thing has been a total pain in the neck (in lighter terms). It has taken me months to put this thing together. I've had to go buy my own screws/bolts/washers etc because they were missing. I even had to improvise and cut some of my own boards because, yet again, parts were missing. This product was very much not worth the money spent. My kids love it, but if I had to do it all over a second time, I would be buying elsewhere.
