This playset met our expectations. We were able to get it set-up and ready for play in 2-days.

While putting everything came to realized I was missing parts, screws and other things that I am still waiting for them to arrived. I received the package about a month ago.

Great quality, very sturdy, put together with my husband over a weekend.

Did not come with instructions. Had to get them online and print, 60 PAGES!!!!! Boards number incorrectly, missing bolts, screws and chains. All sizes of screws in ONE bag, had to sort. This COULD HAVE BEEN an easy project but packaging made it very difficult.

Easy to follow directions. All the pieces were there. Very sturdy.

The set came as described. There needs to be a little more communication about who is shipping the set and when it will arrive. In the end it came in a timely manner and the delivery person was very nice and laid everything out neatly in the driveway. The set is well engineered and went together easily in two days' time with minimal help from a second person. My granddaughter is almost 4 and the shelter parts of the set fit her size, but she may grow out of it next summer. Overall, the structure is well made, sturdy and safe. I am very pleased this purchase.

This set is not bad for the price. I opt to put it together myself which was a lot of work (LOL) and took me a while but worth the look on my little girl's face especially knowing her mama made it for her. My only complaint is some measurements were wrong, like the Tarp is the wrong size so it did not fully wrap around like supposed to. some of the precut wood too, my husband had to help me get extra wood.

Although the package came precut and labeled, the hardware wasn't as clear, too many different sizes and screw heads. Could have just had a box of phillips head 11/2 inch screws. Nice unit though. Kiddos love it!

Directions weren't the clearest. Took 4 days to assemble. Had some bolts and screws missing. Kids love it and looks good though.

Hard to assemble-pieces in boxes could have been organized better. Screws should be labeled with sizes.

The playset is great and the instructions were clear. It would have been easier if the plastic bags containing hardware was labeled to indicate exactly what size screws and bolts were contained. Some of the hardware bags had different sized screws mixed together. My main issue was with the shipping. The company Home Depot hired to ship the playset did not have the right sized trucks to deliver, so the package came to my town, then was sent to three different cities within the state (over 300 miles of travel) to a different shipping company, who delivered the package but didn't really have the right sized truck or proper equipment to unload the box. The box was damaged, but thankfully all the parts were enclosed and there was no serious damage to the parts. I would have preferred if Home Depot had notified me of what was happening with the shipping, as I had to track it down myself multiple times and it took an extra week and a half to deliver.

Did not receive all the boxes. Had to return

The grandkids loves it! Took a while and patience to put together. Directions were great! When you have two little ones they want to help or play on it now! So had to take lots of breaks. Ordered the sprayer suggested on website to put sealer on. DONT ORDER IT. ITS A GARDEN SPRAYER. Paint it on or get a sprayer. Organize first, make sure all parts are there!!!!! Been up two weeks. Wood is smooth and solid, no splinters. Put the picnic table on inside so in shade. Love it.

Missing tarp

It is strudy and nice looking. Only we are missing the tarp.

We missing parts and contacted manufacturer and no response

The swing set was put together by 1 person. It took about 2 days. I was skeptical about the broken wood and missing parts in the reviews but all the parts were in the box and they even included extra. It’s a nice size swing for my 4 and 6 year olds. I would recommend this swing set.
