Endless play

This is a large product, needed 3 people to assemble. They were very prompt in replacing some items that were missing. It is made for bigger kids for sure, it is tall. My 7 year old loves it and it accommodates lots of friends!

Perfect Backyard Playground!

Great player! It only took 4 people to safely set it up and my grandkids are enjoying it!

We have had this swing set for about seven years now. There is some wear in the wood but is overall very sturdy, well made, and still holding up!

Love the Gorilla

Probably more like 4 and a half stars! The wood needs to be treated. Also, follow the directions implicitly. Still it's been great, especially in the recent years with us not traveling as much or going to public playgrounds. It has been well-loved.

This is a well loved playset for our kids, and a hit with the neighbor kids as well! VERY sturdy. We can have kids on all 3 swings, plus the tire swing, without the structure lifting up or shifting at all (we added the baby swing). One thing I didn't realize with our previous playset was that the weight limits for the fort and swings were really low. The weight limits are high for this playset, so school aged kids can enjoy it and still be safe on it for many years to come.

We bought this back in February and absolutely love it! My 2 (soon to be 3 year old) calls it his pirate ship! We can wait to see him and his brother enjoy it for years to come! My husband and a few buddies put together after work for about a week.

Missing accessories with poor service

Love the swing set. We were missing some small parts of accessories. Company would not send the parts for free. Downgraded because of poor service.

[Rewarded Review] Recreation Installations was Great!

We actually have the Gorilla Playmaker Deluxe that is similar to this but there wasn't a link to review our set. This set was affordable and comparable to what you'd find at Home Depot. However, the Added benefit of Recreation Installations putting together and setting up was the difference for us.

Great Play Set, Terrible Customer Service

We're super-happy with our play set. We were severely underwhelmed with Gorilla's customer service, as well as the delivery company and installers to which they subcontracted our job. (Meanwhile, this review the company's requested instructs me not to mention customer service.) Communication was slow at best and nonexistent at worst. Every problem was somebody else in the chain of command's fault. TL;DR If you can buy this play set elsewhere, please do. Otherwise, expect delays, unreturned calls, calls before 7:00 a.m., installers showing up announced (also before 7:00 a.m.), the possibility of your unassembled play set sitting in the street in front of your house for a week, and minimal accountability from Gorilla.

Very nice playset, building not too bad

So constructed the playset a few weeks ago, and overall, I am very pleased with the results. It came together well. I am a guy with maybe slightly above average handyman skills, but nothing to brag about, certainly. It took me about a week of working on and off, few hours here, few hours there. There really weren't any parts that were too tricky. I did have a friend hep me with the swing beam part, but I could have likely done it by myself if I needed to. The instructions were included, and were pretty easy to follow. All parts were included except for a few bolts and the actual tire swing. I did contact PlayNation (owner of Gorilla) and they sent me out the hinge only. Lol. So I contacted them again, and it came after my second attempt. It was pretty easy to contact them, and they were helpful, if not totally competent the first time around.

It took a few extra hours to put it together than expected but that is OK. I wish there were more approved assembly people in our area, would have definitely hired someone. My 4 year old loves it. Has many years to enjoy it. The scope was broken when shipped and they sent a new one quickly.

[Rewarded Review] Love this play set

We bought a this play set and it has proven to be the perfect purchase for our three boys ranging in age from 3-12. It was labor intensive to put together but my husband was able to do it over two days. My sons dearly love their new “pirate ship” as they call it. Would recommend this brand again and again for the quality product they deliver. It was worth the wait.
