Grandchildren love it. Very good playset. Took grandpa and papa a day to assemble. Better than expected!

This product was delivered by the street, not to mention the slide came all scratched. Then when we started to open all the boxes, the wood came on bad shape, more than 30 pieces of wood had cracks so this was a big no for me. Then return was nightmare, Home Depot tried 3 times to pick up with no luck. I had to take this whole play set to the store and return it .

high quality set

Wish it had a little more headroom on the towers as it's hard to build at 6ft and I'm at the weight limit of some of the components, but it's more than sturdy enough for toddlers, and smaller adults. 1small block of wood was missing (part of playhouse add-on), working with gorrilla support to get a new one. Looks beautiful as is but will add photos when done. Something to consider this is high enough that you might want some rubber mulch under the towers and maybe swings. Also the tire swing beam is low enough I've ran into it while picking up stuff.

This is a super cute set. Well put together and sturdy. We had a company install this for us because it was so big. When it arrived it was nicely packaged.

I purchased the Pioneer Peak Swing Set on March 12. Prior to purchasing, I asked if shipping would deliver to my remote area and was assured that it would. The swing set arrived in our nearby larger city March 23. Since then my husband and I have spent hours trying to get an answer on when delivery would occur. We still do not have an answer. I called Gorilla and spoke with someone who was very kind on the phone but there was no subsequent follow up. We are still calling daily without any firm answers on when delivery will occur.

I spent a lot of time searching for the best quality playground to hold up against high winds. We are not disappointed with this product at all. My kids think we now have a park at home. We anchored the swing bar into the ground as an added measure, but the wood is excellent quality. The slide was thinner plastic than I expected, but still seems sturdy. Other parents have noted it seems very solid and is a huge playground.

After a couple weeks of research, we settled on the Pioneer Peak playset with the standard roof as a birthday present for our twins who just turned 4. The product shipped and was delivered extremely quick - we ordered on 9/17 and it was delivered on 9/24.

We held out buying a swing set for 5 mos until this one was finally back in stock. I'm so glad we waited because it is high quality and gorgeous. However, it took 2 competent and experienced men ~30 hours to put together. This included the time it took to run to the hardware store multiple times -- several types of bolts/other hardware were missing and as there were so many steps it was impossible to predict in advance what was missing. Also, the hardware parts were not well labelled and bolts/screws had to be measured to verify if they were the right size ones. Overall though, we were quite pleased. I also had fast responses with questions to customer service through Facebook Messenger -- for that I was super thankful!

We purchased this playset in April 11. It was delivered June 12. We were very thankful to the UPS delivery man who had to back the semi truck down our lane to get to us.

Just spent two days putting the set together and the kids love it! Hardest thing about it was trying to keep them off of it as we worked. The set arrived on a truck, the pieces were organized and packaged very professionally and the hardware was very neat. The instructions were easy to follow, however, it would be nice if they would include the part numbers along with the part name on the instructions. Our family of five grandchildren will love this set for years! Thank you for getting it to us during the Coronavirus! We appreciate your hard work and professionalism!

All of the pieces were there, information was easy to follow, install time was right around 20 hours with 2 people. All of the chains, swings, etc. are great sturdy quality. The only downside is that the wood is already loosing its coloring and starting to chafe after a couple of weeks.
