Nice fan!

Nice, modern fan and it matches our decor perfectly. We used a 60" downrod with it. Both my husband and I think it's a bit low and may change it to a 48" downrod.

Process of buying and price were great

I have not installed fan yet, but it's architecturally stunning. One issue is that I may have misunderstood, but they advertised that with purchase, purchaser was supposed to receive a table stand fan. I did get an additional $50 off the purchase though.

Life-Changing

The ceiling fan in our lakefront bungalow is on 24/7/365, we rarely use air conditioning. For 20 years we've used AC-motor fans from well-known brands, and while they've been fine, there's an ever-present audible hum at 60Hz and its harmonics. This beautiful brushless DC motor fan is absolutely dead-silent, and it makes a HUGE difference! It also weighs about 1/4 of what the old fan weighed, so installation was much easier. App setup was easy, but so far unable to get it to work with Alexa.

Light kit not included.

We purchased both the 70 and 54 inch fans for our new house through the Canadian Home Depot site. We received the fans quickly and were very pleased with the overall look and quality but, unfortunately, the online pictures of the fans (and the title description "LED Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan") were a bit misleading since the LED light kit was not actually included. In reviewing the items online again, it was noticed that bullet point #5 in the Overview mentioned the following: "Replaceable LED luminaire powered by WAC Lighting, sold separately, SKU No. F-1811-5-LED". We therefore tried to order the required light kits on the Canadian Home Depot site but, after speaking with customer service, it was confirmed that the light kit is apparently only available on the American Home Depot site. The suggestion from Home Depot Canada was to either 1) return the fans (which is unrealistic since they are exactly what we want and have already been installed using scaffolding) or 2) to contact the manufacturer of the fans directly to see how we can obtain the necessary light kits (since the US Home Depot site does not ship to Canada). Luckily, we should be able to sort things out fairly easily (since we live close to the Canada/US border and we can go across to the US to buy the light kit at the Home Depot there) however this would likely be problematic for others.

Love these fans

I have put these fans in three houses, and their style and versatilty have made them a selling feature each time, and a must have for my forever home now. Love the variability of speeds and light dimmer, plus the reverse button on the controls. I admit I preferred previously when the control was on the wall in place of the light switch, but they have changed to full remote.

Great looking fan. I put it up myself with some additional help. I have it under my outdoor gazebo and it has been in the elements for a few weeks now, not complaints, been working out great.

Great fan, looks awesome

I put this fan on my side porch when friends said they couldn't feel the breeze from my much smaller fan. This fan moves a ton of air, and all of its features are controlled with the easy to work remote control. Instructions are pretty easy to follow. You will need 2-3 people when placing the blade assembly up. Neighbors commented on how real the blades look.

I'm a big fan!

I wasn't sure what to expect with the price of this fan being on the higher side but it seems absolutely worth it. It looks great and moves a lot of air. Big upgrade from the standard fan that was there before.

Excellent High-end Fan, Clients Love It

This fan is awesome. No complaints from electrician on the install. I ordered a 12" downrod from vendor but ended up not using it as client did not want it down very far so in photo it's installed with what it comes with in the box (ceilings here are 12'). The wood is a nice warm medium brown, it's real and looks real. Goes will with our medium brown oak hardwood floors. Description is accurate. we did not install with a light kit, we installed indoors so I cannot comment on how well it handles the elements outside. It's been up for a few months and everyone is happy with it. Easy to operate. I would buy it again.
