Home Depot took my money and never delivered the product. So I’ll be seeing them in small claims court.
This was a decent quality piece that works well. Didn’t quite fit in the space I had for it so I sent it back, but we’re not for that, I probably would’ve kept it. I had an automatic shut off timer.
Takes quite a long time to get the towel warm. Over 30 minutes.
Works well - could be hotter. But very pleased for the price
Delivered on time and is perfect in the bathroom and no more soggy towels.
It doesn't heat the towels.
