Its not quite as bright

Its not quite as bright as I thought. Also I could have sworn it said it was american made when i got it but when it showd up it had a made in china sticker on it ☹️☹️☹️

Really like the light - well built, compact side. The one issuen I have is that in the cold of Minnesota it doesn’t last long. I know all batteries perform weaker in cold weather but I’m lucky to get 30-40 min when it’s cold

I love to give Barebones lights as gifts in addition to stocking up on them myself, and I've noticed that of all the types of lights and lanterns I've given over the years, THIS light seems to be the hands-down favorite of all my family and friends. The Beacon Hanging Light is small and portable, can hang on a branch or hook or stand upright on its own, and having the charging cord attached but easy-to-tuck-away is brilliant. Its smaller size and light weight makes it easy to keep handy, and it seems to hold its charge for a LONG time - it's a universal favorite for good reason. Now that Barebones has added a variety of colors, it gave me an excuse to give a few more as gifts! I love these.

Best camping light ever

We bought one years ago, it’s been on all our camping trips. It’s been past the tree line , it’s been winter camping and middle of summer heat. It truly is awesome. No need of batteries. Once charged it lasts forever. We love it so much we got a second. Now when the power goes out at home we can pull them out and not argue who gets the light.

I own three Beacon Hanging Lights and use them as illumination for my clothes closets. They from the shelving unit and provides bright light or a dim light if I don’t want to wake my partner. The charge has lasted me well over 8 months. They are a great portable unit when you lose power or sitting outside in the evening hours. Best purchase ever!
