Faucet cartridge didnt last 2 years
Installed this on a shower remodel and NO COLD WATER in 2 years. All water lines are working everywhere else, so isolated it to this fixture. Removed the fixture and attempted to adjust the red water temperature ring (as advised in manual to cold setting). Did nothing. Water still very hot and won’t go cold. Only other option is a bad cartridge… Absolutely shouldn’t happen on a 2 year old product. Beware of Jacuzzi brand…….
