Walmart customer service is awful

Review is about terrible walmart customer service, not the bench itself. Have contacted 3 times and been escalated to supervisors who all assured me they'd resolve the issue. All 3 times I then got a form response saying no. Will have to contact a 4th time.

Item was too big for bathtub. Contacted seller SEVEN times without response. Waiting on Walmart response also. I will never buy from this vendor again.

Beaware NON RETURNABLE/NON RETURNABLE

The chair is incompatible with a person being 5 or shorter. Secondly due to the design of the tub to the level of the floor the chair didn't sit level. Third problem the chair usage does not work with only a shower curtain to keep water from hitting the floor. Which naturally is a hazard.

Great Sliding Shower Seat Perfect for Oversized Tubs

This is a great shower seat. The slide is Far better than Any others. It features real rollers and an easy release latch. It fits our 6' x 3' whirlpool tub with a 20" side wall clearance. I simply could not be happier with a transfer bench or other setup. Highly Recommend

If it was not as securely packaged as I would've liked. Cardboard box ends were violated.

Lightweigt yet strudy and easy to use. Made helping my elderly mother who lives at home with her bath routine so much easier.

My only problem is the size of the chair. If I had the space for it the large size is a great safety feature. The chair is very deep. So it's more my issue then the chair. I would recommend it. Just make sure you have the space.

The overall product is ok. I'm not sure it's strong enough to hold let alone move thick people. The lever to move the seat is right in the middle of the person's legs which makes it a bit difficult and uncomfortable for the caregiver to move. In my opinion it should have been placed in the back unless the person is able to move around on their own. The lowest position is still a little high for people 5' tall. I had to contact the company's customer service and was 100% satisfied with it.

My 80 year old Mother can once again safely take a shower again! Definitely worth every penny!

VERY GOOD product, excellent design simple assembly (for an able-bodied person). VERY solid. The locking mechanisms are excellent. Back rest, buckle, and (included but optional) red handle provide reassurance to patients who struggle with balance and are afraid they may fall out. Highly recommended.

The chair works great there are only a few small reasons I didn't give it an excellent rating. First it tends to tilt forward so once the person is wet they start to slide, and second there's no way it would consistently hold the weight it claims as at a 110 pounds the bars dip to where they almost hit the top of the tub. It has absolutely helped while we're waiting for a shower to be installed, but I wouldn't use it as a long term solution.
