Love my Bidet!

We purchased our first BB1000 3 1/2 years ago! It was a life changer for this 35 year rectal cancer survivor. Unfortunately the tank started to leak! Luck would have it, they are (were) on sale! You may ask if the first one broke, why get another? Well, due to my disease, I use my bidet 6 to 12 times per day! Right now the old one is back for repair! Again, I love my BB1000. I’m not sure what aspect I love the most? The heated toilet seat? Or, the squeaky clean BUTT!

I couldn’t live without it

I've had these for over 10 years, and I can’t imagine not having them. I’m disabled and can’t wipe myself without assistance, but this product makes me feel so clean without anyone having to help. I can’t recommend this product enough!

I hired a plumber to install it in place of my old bidet. I find this one to have an annoying grinding noise when the cleaning process ends. Also, the water does not remain warm throughout the cleaning process. My previous bidet did not have these issues. I’ve used this for two weeks.

Surprised how much I like it!

We purchased this several months ago and have been very pleased with it's functions and effectiveness. For something I never thought I would use, I will walk extra steps to go the the restroom with it. I never felt cleaner!

The unit works great. Disappointed in shipping as I did order it Friday but not shipped until Monday. Amazon would have shipped sooner, and, cheaper too. My bad. Very good product though. I have been buying these for years now.

Lifesaver for after major surgery!

I purchased this for my daughter for an upcoming back surgery. The bidet has been great for her, since she has to be very careful with any movements , until she heals.She loves it and was very pleased she could keep up with hygiene during her recovery. I would highly recommend a bidet for any family. Once you have one, you cannot imagine not having one. They save money with not having to purchase as much toilet paper as well.

Fabulous stream strength

If the bb-2000 bliss had this model’s stream strength, it would be perfection!

Great toilet seat, BB-1000

This is our 4th BB1000 since 2010. This thing is a life saver when you're having severe health issues and can't use either arm, or have severe bowel problems and can't have normal bowel movements. Love the warmth and the pressure of the water.

Remote Doesn’t Work

I love the bidet when I can get the remote to work. Simply pressing the button fails to turn on the water. It is not intuitive and it seems that there is no set sequence of buttons to push to make it work. The instructions are no help.

2year review!

Every home should have at least one

This Bidet supreme BB-1000 is the best one so far that I have had. If you live in cold regions it is great to sit on a pre-warmed seat and have warm water there right away without having to wait for it to get to the toilet. Just make sure your remote is right next to the toilet otherwise you will have issues getting it to work. I found that it worked best when it was placed on the same side that the manual controller was on.

BB-1000 Sweet Features! My first bidet.

I was skeptical. I'd never even seen a bidet. But after a couple surgeries my doctor and wife suggested we get one for me. I just didn't really know what a bidet really did. I thought they were for women.

Wonderful Product

I purchased this seat to replace one that broke from a different manufacturer. I was hesitant to buy this when some of the reviews said the product was not sturdy. I found the product to be quite the opposite. My prior seat was far less sturdy. This seat has some nice energy-saving features I did not have before, and it works like a charm. The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is my prior seat had a nighttime illumination feature that I found very useful and this seat does not, however it is still a superior product.

Does the job very well.

Yes it does the job well. Gets you nice and clean. Warm water, warm seat, nice spray and cleaning efficiency. Now try to order the replacement filters. I have 3 of these and trying to hunt down filters is becoming a part time job for me. Buyer beware.

Thought it was OK but...

Control panel has no light so you have to ruin your sleep by turning on a bathroom light to operate it. My previous one had a nice red back-lit panel.

Royal Tush Treatment

Received the BB-1000 Supreme as a Christmas gift as I am remodeling my master bath this Spring. I couldn't wait to install the bidet. What a pleasure to wake up to a warm seat in the morning after experiencing a frigid cold seat during the Michigan winter months for the past 10 years. I installed the unit myself and it was extremely easy. I had a basic bidet which sprayed cold water only as I didn't have access for the warm water hook up. The BB-1000 Supreme requires only one water source and it warms the water. I would recommend the Bio Bidet BB-1000 Supreme to family and friends who want to improve their comfort and health. This is luxury!

Installation Was SUPER easy!!!

I never thought I'd be writing a love letter to a bidet, but here we are... This magical contraption has turned my bathroom into a cozy spa retreat. The seat warmer is like a toasty hug for your behind, and the heated water feels like a warm sponge bath from a very considerate robot. The self-cleaning nozzle is a game changer! No more weird acrobatics trying to scrub the un-scrubbable. And can we talk about the large wireless remote?! It's like I'm piloting a spaceship to the cleanest region of the universe. I don't know why bidet remotes need to be so large, but I'm not complaining! It's the TV remote I never knew I needed for my bathroom adventures.... (wait...TV... in my bathroom?! I would have never considered it before, but now that I enjoy sitting on the throne so much I think that would be a wonderful addition!) Now let me brag for a moment - I managed to install this technological marvel in about 20 minutes from unboxing to first squirt. I'm no plumber, but the instructions were so clear that even my goldfish could probably have done it. All the necessary parts were included, and it turns out, I must have a secret talent for bidet assembly/installation. In conclusion, my bathroom is now a high-tech sanctuary, and I am the reining bidet champion of my household. Bow down to the throne of cleanliness!

Nice Bidet

It works well but at time the buttons do not work. I was also trying to follow the instruction on cleaning the spray feature without tying on the toilet and it did not work. Even with the minor issues it is still a really good bidet

My first bidet!

With an upcoming surgery I knew that cleaning myself would be difficult. I have always be curious about having and using a bidet but never tried until now. Now that I have it I can't imagine not having it! Thank you!!
