The vanity is great and the second one that we have ordered. The delivery and follow-up customer service were both terrible. The vanity was left in my driveway in on a busted pallet and it was obvious from first look that a forklift had rammed into the side and damaged the vanity and pallet. I took pictures and went to the local store and showed them to a representative and they were helpful but had to call customer service call center. They asked some questions about the inside of the box I could not answer so I went home and opened the box to fully assess the damage. The call center noted on the order (verified by the local rep) that the damage was clear and obvious from delivery. When I fully assessed the damage and called the center the next day both representatives, first contact and the manager I asked to speak with were rude inconsiderate and were skeptical about the damage despite the pictures and going to the local store to report. I was told that if I wanted to replace the item i needed to repack it, ship it back and wait for it to get back to distribution to be credited for the purchase which would take 2 to 3 weeks. I was also told if I wanted to exchange it would take another 3 weeks to get a new one and I would have to pay for it up front. Having to pay twice for an item did not seem at all reasonable and why I had to wait 2-3 weeks for credit verse the day it was picked up was not acceptable. In addition I needed the bathroom completed that weekend for guests arriving and was left with very little option. Being stuck for a good option for timing on the return and replacement I had the unit repaired at a considerable cost, rearranged the remodel layout to put the repaired side against a wall and rebuilt the unit to somewhat operable. The additional cost was well above the 15% discount I was given on the unit. During the entire time I spoke to the customer service (manager?) I was treated rudely. The fact that I would have had to had to buy an additional unit and then wait 3 plus weeks to get the refund on the damage unit was totally unacceptable. The delivery was a travesty. Leaving a visibly damaged unit in my driveway where it was obvious the damage occurred during transportation is unthinkable. I doubt this review will amount to anything but at the very least question the delivery and why it was ok to leave the unit it that condition in a customer's driveway should be dealt with.

It had minimal damage on the front leg. Definitely from the factory, otherwise it works for what I need. This thing is HEAVY. If it’s going to the 2nd floor pay the extra to have the drivers take it up for inside delivery. Quality packaging!

I was concerned it would be low. It is just under my chest. I thought it would go down to the floor ! Then I have less to clean. Love the soft close drawers, the gold handles, the clean lines, marble top. Extra storage is always needed!!

**10 month update. The countertops are disappointing. They are so scratched from everyday wear and tear. Sad that I spent this much money on these and they’re already scratched from my tooth brush holder. I got a different brand for my kids bathroom and with two toddlers- those are great. But this? We are two adults?! Wouldn’t purchase again. ***

Beautiful vanity as described. Minor scratches upon arrival posteriorly which will be hidden anyways. Feels sturdy.

Sold yet, but seems to be a very high-quality product. It is very happy though and a challenge to maneuver.
