Very disappointed with this rug; it is extremely uncomfortable and not soft. I ordered the same rug in a different color and the texture was completely different, much softer. I received a defective rug.

Great quality rug. Purchased the blue/ivory. Colors are as depicted. It definitely needs a rug pad. At first we tried just using sticky tabs on the corners/along the edges to keep it in place but it would stretch and make wrinkles. We didn't have any problems once we added a rug pad.

THe rug is just OK - Its NOT soft to walk on at all, and is extremely slippery underneath. Dont even think about not putting a gripped rug pad underneath, and one that has some thickness would be a good idea since the rug itself is very thin.

Pleasantly surprised at cost (on sale) of both this rug and a larger version. Have had expensive wool rugs in the place I placed these and they were worn out and prone to shedding. The colors and faded style (like Oushak) of these two rugs are really pretty and bring out different pieces in the den. The colors were true to description

I purchased 2 of these rugs. The rugs looks exactly as pictured. If you are looking for a "warm" rug, this is not it. The subdued colors create a "cool" effect, but definitely worth the money$.

I recently purchased this rug for my bedroom. I love everything about it, the colors are muted and gorgeous, and the texture is unique yet very soft to walk on. Highly recommend!

Adds a nice bit of color to this room with so many neutrals. Planning to add some live plants to pull even more of the green out. Good quality rug, seems very durable. I wish it was a bit softer on my feet, but overall very happy with my purchase.

The rugs I received did not meet my expectations. The texture is rough and uncomfortable compared to what was described, and the pattern looks less defined and vibrant than in the pictures. They also seem to be slightly smaller than what I ordered. The color is noticeably different from the photos, the material feels lower in quality, and the size does not match the listing. Overall, the rugs do not work well in the space as I had hoped.

Great rug, great quality for the price. I know it says the color is blue but it looked way bluer in person, even compared to other people’s picture. Still love it despite it being bluer than expected.

Beautiful runner with cool tones of blue, taupe and white. Flat weave. Needs time to lay flat but looks perfect in our remodeled kitchen. Highly recommend.

This is spectacular! I would have paid 1000 for this rug. It’s soft on the feet and looks like a Serena and Lilly rug. Highly recommend! I bought this one for my daughter’s apartment and quickly ordered one for myself before they sell out.

Like the style of this rug very much. The color looked faint at first. After putting curtains up and furniture in the colors were more vivid. It looks really nice in the guest room.

Exactly as pictured! It’s actually quite soft which I wasn’t expecting so that (along with the fact that when I unrolled it, it immediately was flat to the ground and didn’t require time to flatten out) were added bonuses.

Rugs smell like mold. Area rug and runner patterns are distinctly different. Customer service is horrendous.

It’s okay. Nice colors but has an overall silky sheen to it in certain light. Also, it’s sort of a knobby texture, not like any rug I’ve felt before. One edge is a bit irregular too.

I love my rug. I was afraid the color on the website, and the actual color of the rug would not be the same, but it was exactly the same. So happy with my purchase!
