Disappointed! Not like my older one

This pillow is not like the Bedgear I bought around 10 years ago! I loved my older one and would still use it, but house fire and smoke damaged. It said Balance on the side and has pieces inside which I loved a lot better than this flatter one piece of foam! Very disappointed

Choose wisely!

Appears to be a great quality pillow. Unfortunately I’m unable to use it. I chose one that ended up being too firm for me. I should have taken more time to decide as you’re not able to make returns or exchanges and they are not inexpensive at $200.

Contents Shift-Support Lacking

Pillow contents shift creating a bowl shape - head at odd angle and neck support non-existent. As a side-sleeper, this product did Not work for me.

I would buy again.

I'm a side sleeper...my search is finally over. I learned that it's the boost technology that provides firm, elevating support that is specially designed to maintain its shape, so it never goes flat or bunches up. Stays cool. I love it. Next I'm trying the curve.

Comfy but not for petite bodies

This pillow is not comfortable and depletes so fast so you have to keep flipping the pillow over and over. It's a really expensive pillow that's supposed to be comfortable and to tell you the truth I didn't think it stayed comfortable as long as you would think for the price.

Pillows that last

I have had the 2.0 and my wife has had the 1.0 for 2 years now. We have washed the pillows with no issues and they are still like New. When I get another pillow I will most likely get the 1.0, maybe even try the 0.0 due to them being a bit fluffier in feel with better air flow. I had her pillow for a week one time before she noticed. Will buy as many times as needed for the rest of my life!
