Love this runner! Very attractive design and has an unexpectedly solid pile to it. I returned another runner from another company that was horrible and more expensive than this one. Very happy with this purchase.

Awful return policy - beware

Not the same color online. Offered to purchase a different rug (at double the cost of this rug) and RD declined covering my shipping cost to exchange (shipping is close to $200) for a more expensive rug option - yes, they’d essentially make money from my exchange even if they covered return shipping. Buyers beware and only buy if you’re 100% on risking the color.

Beautiful rug! Colors are a perfect mix of beige and just a hint of dark grey. I’ve eon,y had it a short time but is def great quality! Pattern is not overbearing at all.

Retired our green shag rug with this larger 11-1/2 x 15 Darby DAR-05 Beige Grey rug and love it. With pets and traffic, we have trouble with wear issues so the pattern looks great for that plus it's rated for traffic and easy care. Very plush for a low pile rug using a 1/4" felt pad. Extremely pleased and also with the great customer service with purchase by phone. We've bought about six rugs from Rugs Direct and still look at others but return each time.
