A lovely rug.I'm using beside my bed.It is very nice to step out of bed onto it. A little pricey, but considering it was hand woven and is wool- I guess not.It arrived in good condition and was easy to roll out.

Safavieh Handmade Empire Kelli Rug

Beautiful rung!!! I'm very happy with my purchase. Colors are darker then picture. However the darker colors make the rug very rich looking. Rug is thick and very well made. I love this rug!

False description of measurement

Why does the description say the rug is 4 x 4 when it's actually 3.6 x 3.6 on the label? Please forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't this false advertisement? Other than incorrect sizing, the rug is nice quality with an odor that I'm sure will go over time.

Excellent Quality

I returned my 1st purchase of this runner because it was to short. My replacement is just as beautiful as the first and it was a true 2.7 ft x 12 ft runner. Though the carpet is bent in a few places this will smooth out in a few weeks. The colors are true to the picture....its gorgeous, thick, soft, excellent quality. Delivery replacement and return pick up was the best customer service of any organization I've experienced through covid times. Thank you for a great experience and for working with quality vendors. You have a lifetime customer.

The runner is beautiful but not true to size. Though this is advertised as 3x12, with actual measurements listed as 2.7 x 12, this runner's measurements are 2.7 x 11.5.

Muted Colors / no grip backing

I love the handmade quality. I would have preferred more vibrant colors but it is a lovely, traditional rug. Please note that it has no backing. I had to buy a thick rubber/felt carpet pad to put underneath it. This improved its looks and function.

I live in PR so I assumed it would take longer than usual to arrive but I was surprised when it arrived (standard rate) 8 days later. The rug is prettier in person. I LOVE IT

Beautiful runners: colors, material, craftsmanship! The design is versatile, not too feminine and "flowery," and looks great with the dark hardwoods and furniture. Just love them!

I was wary of ordering this rug, as I wasn't sure if such an affordable rug would look nice enough to place my Chippendale furniture on. It sure is! This 9' x 12' rug is just as beautiful as pictured; it really does glow in sunlight. It is plush and soft to the feet, and the design and craftsmanship are superb. For those of us on a budget--and who isn't these days?--this is a terrific purchase at a terrific price. I only wish I had more floors requiring more Safavieh rugs!

Every carpet that you receive from Safavieh whether it's from there savonerie collection or any of there thousands of carpet styles you will never be disappointed from , they make carpets that are simply stunning The quality of these carpets are outstanding the wool makes there rugs so soft to walk on and the vibrance Of the colors are amazing I love this carpet and anyone who comes into my home always comments on how beautiful it looks I love it It's extremely hard to purchase carpets on line but I must add that I have 8 of there area rugs in my home and all I ever get is compliments and on a personAl note I have never ever been dissatisfied this is a great company with great products

love this rug. the colors are as described but a little lighter than they appear at least on my computer screen. Its held up well in our entryway...which sees lots of kids and lots of dogs.

I purchased two of these Rugs for in between the foot of my bed and my dresser and they are perfection! They are wool and they clean up easily. The design makes me think of old world tapestries. I have had these for a few years now, no runs or pulls. Take a chance and buy one for yourself.
