Service assessment
The overall experience was fine, visited a location first to view the options and get a general idea of the true size, the service representatives respected the fact I was only looking, the online prices where lower, ( didn't ask if they matched their online prices) after placing the order online. I had to call for a delivery service, there was not open schedule to select a date and delivery window. The delivery was quick and painless, they did not give me a chance to review the item to make sure all was in order before leaving. I did find a slight problem with the item, it's not a big issues but is still a minor inconvenience.

The fabric is really soft and the sofa has a nice high back. It is better than I expected.
