Comfortable Quality and affordable
I am very happy with this purchase. Difficult to get into my apartment, but once inside, the delivery crew set things up. The couch is comfortable, and was less expensive and far more comfortable than I expected,

Service assessment
The overall experience was fine, visited a location first to view the options and get a general idea of the true size, the service representatives respected the fact I was only looking, the online prices where lower, ( didn't ask if they matched their online prices) after placing the order online. I had to call for a delivery service, there was not open schedule to select a date and delivery window. The delivery was quick and painless, they did not give me a chance to review the item to make sure all was in order before leaving. I did find a slight problem with the item, it's not a big issues but is still a minor inconvenience.
Big and comfortable
The fabric is really soft and the sofa has a nice high back. It is better than I expected.
Customer Service
Customer service there was phenomenal. Yes, they are there to sell you things, but with who was working with us, didn’t feel any pressure into buying something and helped us get into what we wanted and gave us some pointers.
New sofa and chair
After enjoying my last sofa and chair bought at AFW 24 years ago. I decided I deserved a new one. I loved the service and efficiency in store. Then delivery guys were fast and efficient as well. AFW is the best
