Comfortable Quality and affordable

Service assessment

The overall experience was fine, visited a location first to view the options and get a general idea of the true size, the service representatives respected the fact I was only looking, the online prices where lower, ( didn't ask if they matched their online prices) after placing the order online. I had to call for a delivery service, there was not open schedule to select a date and delivery window. The delivery was quick and painless, they did not give me a chance to review the item to make sure all was in order before leaving. I did find a slight problem with the item, it's not a big issues but is still a minor inconvenience.

The fabric is really soft and the sofa has a nice high back. It is better than I expected.

Customer service there was phenomenal. Yes, they are there to sell you things, but with who was working with us, didn’t feel any pressure into buying something and helped us get into what we wanted and gave us some pointers.
