Soft and perfect for space

The rug looks great but there is a defect in how the backing is stitched so it will never lay flat. I followed the return policy, sent pictures, and wrapped the rug for shipping as instructed. Now the return has been “under review” for over 3 days and I can not get a shipping label until review is completed. After yet another call to customer service I was informed that it will be at least another 2 days because “the review team doesn’t work on weekends.” All I want is a new rug sent to me so we can put it down, protect our new wood floors, and continue decorating the house. This is an absurd process and adds at least a week of downtime before another rug will ship. Seems like a total disregard for the customer. Highly annoyed.

The rug was worth the price.

For the price I cannot complain. It looks very nice.

very soft and fluffy! does have a bit of a musty smell to it, i’m guessing it is just from the warehouse it came from and will eventually go away. Overall I am happy with it and my two boys love to lay on it and play with their toys.

This rug is very soft and comfortable. I have it in my bedroom. The neutral color goes with anything.

Very nice rug. I love how soft it is and the quality is outstanding! The only thing I wasn't happy with is the color. It definitely appeared to be a darker gray than it really is. It's still beautiful, though.

Very nice rug!

I was looking for a soft, medium pile rug, so I was a little nervous to buy one online, but previous reviews mentioned how soft it is. Once I received it, I was very pleased to find those reviews were accurate! It's super soft and the pile isn't so high that it makes it difficult to vacuum it. It arrived very well packaged and it unrolled nicely (just a couple of places where it's not quite flat yet,but it'll be fine once furniture is placed on it).

It was exactly what my daughter wanted for her baby nursery. It looks beautiful!

Beautiful rug. Very good quality.

Rug has not perfectly flattened out after 6 months, difficult to vacuum crumbs. This rug does not want to let go of crumbs, will probably just throw it out before our next move- but for the price i guess you can’t expect too much. Pros soft to the touch, a rug pad underneath would probably add a lot of comfort. If you don’t have kids or pets, and live in a “no shoes” house, you’ll get by a little easier in terms of cleaning. Would not purchase again

This is a beautiful rug I purchased it for my living room because I have pets and they say it's machine washable but I'm not sure the backing is sorta tuff or hard for a washing machine, but I'll see.

Love the rug but when it was delivered it had tear in the plastic packaging and a grease stain.

This rug is so fluffy and makes the room feel cozy. It’s easy to clean and durable. The bright white color brightens up the room!
