[Rewarded Review] Meh

The runner is fine. The colors are pretty and as advertised, but it is not high quality and it curls at the corners no matter how much time has been spent leaving it upside down to take shape. The backing is very cheap as well. It’ll do for now until I find something more permanent.

Beautiful rug. Soft too! The color is more prominent than I expected. I thought it would be more subdued, but it’s still pretty.

Obsessed

GORGEOUS, great quality rug! Power loomed, Turkish. It’s the exact same as on rugsusa but for hundreds cheaper. It’s soft and beautiful. Great colors (rust, orange, sage, charcoal, navy).

[Rewarded Review] Color Not accurate

I ordered the rug in blue and received a rug that is grey, black and white. After reaching out to customer service, they stood by the item’s description, despite providing pictures. I was actually going to buy a replacement rug from here but now will be looking elsewhere. Please be aware that if you order this in blue, it’s not at all blue.

Received incorrect rug

I’m sure this is a great rug. I was sent the incorrect rug and RugsUSA will not send me the correct one. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Very Pleased

The rug came within a week and was shipped as a large rectangular package covered in a heavy duty plastic covering. It arrived without any damage and did not have any unpleasant smell or off fading. The rug, a 9’x 12’ was slightly larger than 12’ in length, but still worked within my space. It did not have any wrinkles or up turned edges. It is soft and feels good under foot. I did not purchase a pad, but May to add extra cushiness. Love the colors and overall look of this one. This is my first purchase from here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again as the need arises.

This rug is so beautiful. It really compliments the theme I’m going for in my living room.It is super soft too, even my husband noticed. It’s thick enough and it laid pretty well. Still a few bumps but it came folded not rolled so that made it lay a lot easier. There are more browns than the picture shows so it goes well with the floors. love it!
