Pros: loved it at first - nice looking chair, affordable, straight forward assembly, good size for me (I'm 5'4"). Cons: comfort started to degrade after a couple weeks. I've been using the chair for almost 3 weeks and the seat cushion now feels uneven to the touch, and I'm experiencing some neck pain. Bummed! Going to return it.

STILL HEALING!!! STILL FUMING!!!

I received it, put it together, set it in place, and sat down. I heard the noise as I was falling, hit my head on the credenza, and lay crumpled up on the floor with the broken part of the chair leg sticking into the back of my knee!!! Thankfully, family members came to my rescue, but it has been 3 days, and I still can't walk without a considerable limp. Still deciding... do I sue for damages or just return the broken pieces???

Arrived a day before scheduled. The chair was generally easy to assemble.

Easy to put together overall. Instructions were decent enough but could use a little better labeling for the bolts. So, far it's working really well. I like it's diminutive size so that it fits in the small space I have around my desk much better and with the folding arms i can lift up and ingress and egress is much easier as well as the swivel capability. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. The pneumatic thus far is holding my weight in position and not sinking. Time will tell how long that lasts.

The chair was easy to assemble and meets expected expectations, delivery was fast and on time.

It broke as soon as I sat in it, there are no indications of a weight requirement for the chair. A waste of my money!!

The adjustable arms were an unexpected bonus feature. The back of the chair was hard to assemble with only one person.

Horrendous build experience, good chair

Including photos of the insanity. First issue, it claims to include 6x of each of the hex screws, yet includes 5. This is actually fine because you only need 4 of each. (So it should say 4x20mm 1, not 6.) Next, it has tou do the steps in the wrong order and even depicts the insanity in the instructions. It has you put the bottom on the chair before the arms, for no reason, and then you have to jam the hex screw past the hydraulic lift control in order to attach the arm. None of the screws are able to simply go into a correctly defined hole, so youre always having to consider where you want to slide things around so that you can get the other screws in, etc. Putting the back on the chair was the worst, you have to hold the thing while trying to force the screws in. Im pretty small so im not terribly worried about the back falling off due to the screws definitely not being perfect, but it could happen. Once assembled, it’s lightweight so i feel if i leaned way back (which is why i got a chair with tension control), it might topple over even just with me in it. But its pretty okay for comfort.

Economical and comfortable office chair

For the price point I believe this is the best chair I could have laid my hands on. It's comfortable and has lumbar support for long duration which makes it's achieve the purpose of an office chair. Pretty stable thanks for the 5 legs for a solid stance and additional the movable armrest which makes it very easy to slide under the table when not in use. I wish there was a headrest attachment to make it perfect. Value for money in my opinion.
