Worst buy ever

Worst thing I’ve ever bought my male rabbit ripped the metal from the wood and it let my female rabbit go worse investment ever asked for refund never would get one responsible, suspicious activity. I will never order from Walmart again save yourself a trouble and order somewhere else.

Awful quality

The quality was awful. “Wood” was split on several different pieces and a lot of the pieces didn’t line up when putting it together. I emailed them and was sent a replacement that never arrived. Then I asked for a refund a week ago and suddenly no one is responding to my emails.

I was expecting somewhat of cheap material. The merchandise I received looks like it was a return with bite marks on it and broken pieces.

Chewed up wood

I was expecting cheap materials which it was. Fairly easy to put together alone. It seems like they gave me a returned product. It has some bit marks on it. And also one side was broken.

Steer clear if you want to use outside

this product looks great when you put it together. but if you plan on actually using it outside, you can figure about 2 days of rain and then on the third day it begins to fall apart. Very very cheaply made. The doors won't open anymore, the boards are all warping and falling off, and all around. it's useless now. so disappointed. Don't waste your money. Go to the hardware store, buy some actual wood and some metal wire and build your own. trust me, it'll be cheaper and less headache in the long run.

Too small

It just small! Neither my cat, nor my bunny can stay. So sad I got this product

The dimensions and pictures are quite misleading in my opinion. I will say I feel it was worth the price, not the best option out there but not the most expensive either.

Good hutch easy to put together sturdy cage. Gives enough space inside the cage as well as letting your pet to have access outside. And u can shut it off on a night to keep your pet inside

We bought this as a replacement for our last hutch as it was rotten. Easy to build, more space, perfect for our rabbit.

Hard to put together

Make sure you have an electric screwdriver. Not easy when there's no pre-drilled holes.

Smaller than expected

Easy to assemble, looks nice. But, it is quite a bit smaller than I was expecting. Even looking at measurements prior to ordering, the assembled product is very small (or my bunnies are very large). I would not recommend the product for more than one rabbit. As you can see in photo, they do not have much space under the enclosed space.

Bought for our quail

We bought this to home our Quail and they love it! I used the top tier for only sand and they use the ladder to walk up to it as needed. My only complaint is the instructions, we followed it step-by-step and still ended up missing the gap for the tray and had to go back and re-do it. If you see the instructions you can tell how it is not very clear.

Horrible construction instructions

The struc itself is great. However, the instructions are just a few pictures that hardly tell you where things go. Also half of the pieces don't have the number to tell you which piece is which. I know some people will be able to put it together easy but if you're not very skilled in construction and don't have anyone to help with the construction process I recommend not buying this item.

Great product. Fast delivery

Although there are some easy improvements that can be made I will say my rabbit “Uno” loves the upper hut. He prefers it to stay closed because he loves the darkness. He is always burying his chew toys at the bottom. The hutch overall isn't really large I added the gate pieces of his old play pen and made him a front yard with larger space for him to roam. Some days he is so comfortable he doesn’t even come out into the living room.
