Tub with no way to attach feet
This claw foot tub was delivered without the brackets to attach the claw feet. I have called corporate and the manufacturer and only received the run around regarding the brackets to install the feet on this tub. I finally was able to speak to the manager at the Somerset store and asked him to have the tub picked up. He said he will send the guys out to pick it up next week.
Missing parts
When I received my tub the box was so torn we thought it was damaged. Fortunately, nothing was broken. We did not receive all the drain fittings and when I called they wanted a picture of the product, copy of the invoice and what parts were missing. I had to email it in and they would review it. I didn't know how long that would take and we was ready to install. We managed to piece together what we needed.

Tub sent with the wrong claw feet & some hardware missing, there is no way to attach the feet to the tub.
