Beautiful rug but totally dissatisfying to only receive $22.00 refund for damages. See photo attached. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with wayfair & have always been pleased if items were damaged with resolution.

I absolutely love my new rug! I’ve been looking at this rug for over a year now and finally decided to get it. And I’m very pleased with how it looks! It’s very bright and it feels so comfortable and soft under my feet! It’s not like those thin washable rugs that are in style now. It’s very thick and soft. I used my Dyson vacuum on it and it vacuumed beautifully. I made sure to turn off the beater bar though so I didn’t harm the rug.

Beautiful true to picture colors. But am still after couple months vacuuming up daily multiple canisters full of threads and fine fabric from the rug.

I love the colors and the quality so much,, but it not exactly like the image, the small circle rug is missing some details,, the picture that’s showing is for the bigger size.

Very soft and plushy, comfortable to walk on, and feels sturdy, the colors are a tad more on the creambeige side than they appear in the photo, so it’s slightly more muted but still very very beautiful. Love it love it love it. I do hate that the description says red lol. Clearly it’s mostly pink.

The colors are beautiful and the rug feels amazing. Our last rug was a Safaviah rug, too, and we are always impressed with the quality. The rug did shed a little, but that’s normal with wool rugs. Picture shows natural light on a rainy day.
