Seller sent me unmatched items

I ordered a grey swing few days ago my furniture matching unit and slightly expensive from the rest. But the color was same so i picked this grey swing best choice product. When i received my items the top was totally different from the whole unit. I wrote to company for this but they didn't help or send me the inappropriate item replacement.i was advised to contact the Walmart only for whole unit return. I told Walmart that the whole swing is not the problem the top only unmatched i have assembled it in many hours i don't want to dismantle it again. I just need grey matching top as shown in picture. But Walmart said no we cant replace it. Return the whole unit. So its very disappointing that i can't have top replacement and i have to buy grey top again other than this order. Its pathetic that seller is sending inappropriate things or unmatched items moreover not helping for replacement or i was advised to buy a new top from website. I will not buy again from this seller or will not advise others to waste your money as i did to get expensive item like this otherwise cheap swing are available on website but i selected that because of my required color

Disappointed

Easy to put together but poorly packaged. Multiple items had scratches through the coating and multiple washers missing.

I got this to replace an old one I used a lot and loved for many years. This one is even better because the seat is comfortable without a cushison (which gets wet with rain).

Perfect price for what we needed

Gorgeous burgundy color. Was kinda difficult for me to assemble with my 14 year old who wanted to help. Had to get help from a neighbor. If you’re used to putting things like this together, it would probably be a breeze. I hope it lasts awhile. Don’t want to have to put another one together in a years time lol

Great swing

Purchased for my deck. It was not hard to assemble but I doubt I could have done it by myself. I bought a cushion for it, but it is comfortable enough without the cushion. Very happy with this.

Great Swing for outdoor

This is my 2nd purchase of this swing and it is even more awesome this time. There are some improvements to the original swing I bought a couple of years ago which I had to sell due to moving. It is sturdy and looks great. Good material and sitting/cushions are great. The title says it is a 2-seater but it is a 3-seater for sure.

Bad quality very unsatisfied. Still waiting for them to come and pick it up. Very unsafe to have on your porch. It flew several times.

Nice swing

Seems to be good quality. Easy to assemble if you follow instructions. Definitely need two people to assemble. Wish it came with a seat pad but otherwise, it looks great.

The iron metal from the hood arrived bent. The long one jn the front. Can you please send new one?

Usually I like best choice products. This one doesn’t seem like the quality is there. After the first rain, I am already noticing rust spots starting. Additionally, the fabric on the seats already seems stretched out after a month of slight use. I am looking into returning this product.

POOR QUALITY

This was a gift. The sun will bleach the color out of the canopy in no time since it is made of very thin material. The seat after a year is splitting open. The part that hold the canopy on it made of plastic, yes I said plastic, so if the wind blows it will tear the canopy off in no time and you can't get the part replaced as they don't sell it. So, my suggestion is don't purchase this swing. I really liked it for comfort but I wouldn't recommend it to any one now.
