Amazing chair, but missing piece a repeat problem

I absolutely love this chair. So much, in fact, that I ordered a second one after I assembled the first one. However, the first chair I ordered was missing the final "arm" of the chair and they wouldn't just send me the arm. I had to order a whole new chair and then return everything but the arm from the second package. And believe it or not, the same darn thing happened with the second chair I ordered! 1st box came without "arm", and had to order a second one just to get the arm. Now with everyone in lockdown I haven't been able to return that last box yet. When my husband was returning the first box the people at Walmart said they'd had several returns already for that very same reason -- the missing "arm". You'd think they'd be checking outgoing boxes with so many shipment failures. All that said about assembly issues, the chair is amazing. Super comfortable and I know my family will be fighting over them all summer.
