I got this desk while it was on sale, and it was truly a good deal. The item arrived well packaged, and was easy to put together. It looks very elegant and matches well with my traditional style of study room.

Gorgeous classy heavy wood desk. Keyboard test has a locking flip down front so it looks like a real drawer. And the drawers are lined with a soft felty fabric.

Legs didn’t fit properly

Love the look, the problem is the kegs go not fit flush and inline with the top. The first thing noticed is the gap that looks like the legs do not fit or match up with the top.
I am requesting a refund, or a replacement
The item arrived damaged. The right side of the desk has 2 big damages that is clear is related to storage/shipping. The desk is a very expensive desk and I just cant accept receiving such a damaged desk for with $1000 price tag.

Very elegant and we loved it.
This desk is stunning. The finish has a rich, deep tone and adds a beautiful warmth to the office. It is quite heavy, the craftsmanship is superb, and it is very well made. This desk was actually my second choice, as the initial desk I had previously selected was sold out, and am I ever glad it was! Whether this desk is your first, second, or even your third choice you will not be disappointed at all.
This desk is uncomfortably tall for a writing desk
This is a nice looking desk and heavy. However, I had to return it because it is much too tall (at 33 inches tall) to be comfortable as a writing desk unless you are also very tall.

This desk is well made. The finish is beautiful and I absolutely love the legs!!! The cons- it it heavy!!!! Would definitely buy over and over again!

It’s a nice desk. I’m not a huge fan of the wood pattern on top, I wish it was a solid looking top instead of the squares.

Stately and sturdy
This desk is nicely made and, if you like a Victorian design, a lovely furniture accent. It is big on style - carved legs and claw feet - but a bit short on storage. 2 drawers flank the center pull-out keyboard tray. If you need ample storage, this is not for you. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for the sectioned wood top. It is so nicely finished that the sections are not unattractive, but a solid wood top would have been preferable. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
