Perfect little espresso maker.

This is a perfect little stovetop espresso maker, very simple to use and the espresso turns out great (with the right coffee, of course). Love the cheerful red color!

Plastic Handle Loose with No Way to Tighten

The cheap, soft aluminum Phillips Head screw that secures the plastic handle on top of the coffee pot loosened up in a very short time after I received the Bialetti coffee pot. When I tried to tighten the screw with a standard Phillips head screwdriver, the cheap, soft aluminum screw stripped. I will find a replacement screw (maybe in brass or stainless that won’t strip easily). Should not be difficult to fix. Makes me wonder how often this occurs.

Attractive and functional.

Sturdy with strong seal. Unit arrived with a chip in the enamel, but obviously doesn't affect the use. Advertised as making 6 cups, but I use it to make 2 small cups. Delivery was prompt.

I had to try the brew unfortunately I got too small of a pot. My bad. Loved the coffee want a whole mug of this in the morning, so I ordered a 9 cup (demitasse cups that is) 9of those = 1 of my cup & a half mugs. Mmmmm

Ah the memories

My Moka Express Pot arrived just in time for Christmas, only 1 week after ordering it. I have enjoyed making myself an espresso every morning, the coffee takes me back to the time my mother would spoil me with her own espresso every morning. Oh, and the colour fits in with my kitchen, thank you Myer.

Classic and reliable

Love the smell of fresh coffee in the house! It works exactly as expected. The red colour is so perfect. I bought this for 1 person, an Italian friend has recently (firmly) told me I should have bought a 1 or 2 cup pot and save this for gatherings.

Brilliant. I had never used this type of machine before, I followed the instructions and it’s easy to use. The colour is great, it’s easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen. The coffee tastes great, I use it to make cappuccino, which just means whisking up some hot milk in a separate pan. Very satisfied, very pleased with this product.

A Joy to Behold

I love the red Bialetti espresso makers. I have the one and two cup versions and had to add the six cup. They are a lovely splash of colour, especially on a grey morning, and add a dash of happiness to coffee making. It is simple to use and clean, and one feels it is a more environmentally friendly option than pods.

Love this little coffee maker!

I purchased this as I like really, really like hot coffee and my Kureig just doesnt seem to make coffee hot enough. Once in the cup 2 mins later its cold! This little coffee maker does the trick! That coffee comes out boiling. I use it to make Cafe AuLait, I am from NOLA, so its perfect for strong and hot coffee! And, it is not too hard to clean. But it is NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only. Love it!

Perfect espresso maker!!!

This bright Bialetti in the colors of Italy is perfect for a few cups. Our larger one is good for company but this is a cheerful reminder of travel to Italy. We love the reminder to sit down, talk to each other and just take a minute. Came quickly! Thanks!

Corroded, pitted, and the metal flaked after a single use

I believe there is some defect with this specific line, since I have used two Bialetti espresso makers before with no issue. I have had one for more than 10 years, and really enjoyed it.

I am very happy with this expresso maker

I am very happy with this expresso maker, it is very high quality and looks great. I purchased this item to replace a non-polished Bialetti I had for many years and the seal was damaged by my own fault (I forgot to put water in it and it overheated 1 too many times and it over heated the seal). I was happy with my old Bialetti, but this model is a real upgrade. I was amazed at how much nicer this polished maker with a high quality red finish was. It is finely polished which not only makes it look nice, but it is also easier to clean than the porous finished maker it replaces. I am very pleased with my purchase!!

EASY, HOT ESPRESSO

GREAT, easy to use Espresso maker. Seen it on TV, Bobby Flay's cooking show. He bragged on the type so decided to give it a try. Absolutely easy to use, makes great espresso. I like the Starbuck's Espresso Blend for taste. It is heavy duty especially on the bottom. Not thin walled like some I have seen. Why bother with the expensive machines when you can use the stove top and get really HOT espresso every time. No heater elements to burn out.
