The sink itself is nice looking. However it didn’t come with any template in the box, and the countertop fabricator didn’t attempt to get one, so they cut the counter incorrectly. They told me I should ask Home Depot to cover the cost of recutting/polishing and the $300 re-delivery charge. My only comment, is that neither of the two sinks I received (they were shipped to me) had the template in the box. HD service was fine on this order, except that not having the template included cost me more than expected.

Builder.com to the rescue!

I’m so thankful I ordered my two Archer sinks from Builder.com. These sinks replaced the first order I made with another vendor that arrived in pieces, many pieces! Not only did Builder.com get the sinks delivered safely, .they arrived earlier than promised which made my contractor 😃. The Archer sinks are perfect. Love the way water drains with no water residue or spots left behind. I also love the sink ‘reveal’ that peeks out from under the countertop opening. I made the right call!!!

Ordered two of these. One was not delivered by UPS as the sink was damaged. The one that was delivered was also broken into 3 pieces! The one we received was loose in a box with no packing material, which leads me to believe it was a return. Customer service was very nice and we received a full refund. You had no more in stock so we had to order directly from Kohler. Their sinks came properly packaged. Lesson learned!

Kohler Archer under mount rectangular sink

It only just been installed and renovation is incomplete. It’s absolutely beautiful! Received in 24 hours from Build.com. We purchased for contractor installation and even he was impressed

The sinks look well made. We are waiting for the countertops to be manufactured so they sinks have not been installed.

Beautiful Kohler sink

So far I really like this sink. I originally purchased the Kohler Caxton but saw this one in store and liked the look of it much better. Haven't installed them yet in our master bathroom but can't wait to.

nice sink - great service

Bright white with nice tapered bottom. Arrived in just three days very well / securely packaged. I opened right up and no damage at all. Will be installed next week. Highly recommend.

Stylish undermount

Stylish undermount sink. I do not like oval Undermount sinks. Somehow, they just remind me of cheap motels. But my husband really wanted an Undermount. Then I saw these, and I really love them. I put in three to start with, I just bought three more. Our whole house is now kitted out with them. The rectangle shape, and the smart angular corners give you more sink space within the same cabinet and look sharper.
