Great for quick pickups. Felt the brush could've been fuller to allow for better pickup. Sweep forward it picks up, but if pull back, it deposits what it picked up back onto the floor/carpet. I am still glad that I purchased it.

Non Electric Sweeper

Great little sweeper for quick cleanups. Our tree is dropping seeds and they come in on everyone’s shoes. Don’t have to plug in or recharge. Old school.

Handle a little short

This device picks up well! I would have given 5 stars but the handle once put together is a little short so anyone over 5'5" might have me trouble keeping the face of sweeper fully on the floor. Maybe they could add another piece to extend?

Great lightweight sweeper!

Love how lightweight it is. Picks up all the small crumbs . Easy to clean.

Much better than newer models!

I love this Bissell sweeper--it is a vintage model like I had before--unlike the new ones today, you can take out the brush and clean it. I bought the new model and hated it. But this older model is perfect. Gets the job done and is easy to clean.

My favorite bissell product, this is my second time purchasing in. My first one was left behind in a move. If you have this product you honestly do not need a broom, It reaches corners and hard to reach spaces 10/10

Perfect for the job

I ordered this to be used on some entry ways door mats that are hard to keep clean. They aren't big enough to warrant dragging out the large vacuum. This manual model is perfect for "in-between" clean ups.

Nice little helper

The Bissel carpet sweeper works very well. It does pick up most everything a have used it on so far. It has no problem with cat hair, crumbs, and things that are hanging out on the floor. It has a little more trouble with pieces of cat food that my cat makes when he eats. They start out wet, rhen dry on the tile floor. Have to go over them a few times to dislodge them from the tile, then they sweep right up. I like it for the exercise of being it's motor, and can pick it up and carry it anywhere as it is so light. Reminds me of many moons ago when that type of sweeper was my one and only.

You don't know you need it!

Excellent for crumbs and lint that shows up between regular vacuuming sessions.
