Lovely Special Meal

We gave great thought to the next grill we were going to bring to our new home. We’ve heard such great things about a Blackstone and its versatility that they were on sale at Costco and we went and to buy the last two. There’s a lot of information you need to read out before you start using your grill such as oiling it at least four times before using it. That oil can be found on Amazon or at your local barbecue store. Enjoy yours as much as we have.

Burners are making a popping and very loud hissing sound as it is running, and cooking, and it’s very annoying, I’ve never heard a grill making noise like this Blackstone does. can you give me a call back and answer my questions about why the grill makes noise?????

Stupid expensive protection plan

Hello, are you serious!! Over $300 for your 1 year protection plan, 1 only paid less than $200 for the unit. I can just buy another griddle. How many idiots have bought your plan. This is insulting!!!

Outdoor Pavilion Apparently NOT MADE for Outdoors

Pavilion was beautiful when we installed in April 20204. Its now October 2024 and all of the wood grain colored metal has turned purple! I am so disspaointed as I was so happy when it was new. Now I'm getting the run around between BBQ guys and Blackstone with no help from either. I'm obviosly not going to dismantle the pavilion and send it back as its been anchored to the concrete. It would be niece if eithe BBQ or Blackstone would offer some type of solution or at least some type of refund as I now have a purple pavilion! BBQ jsut pushed the problem over to Blackstone. Blackstone is making it almost impossible to get any help. Super bummed. I'll probably end up have to spray it black.

Warranty

Went through 20 minutes of looking for serial and model # to find out they just want money to warranty it.

We encountered some scratches and a few slightly torn corners on some panels. We were able to straighten and touch up paint. We are happy we got it. We are older and love it’s a part of our back yard. Thank you

So easy to use and clean. Breakfast, lunch or dinner!

More than 30 minutes to assemble

Easy to assemble, but more than 30 minutes. The grill was warped about 3/8” but pops into place after heating. Great fun cooking on it.

GREAT COOKING GAZEBO

THIS IS A SOLID GAZEBO, The size worked perfect 10 x 10 and plenty of room. I added the TV SWIVEL MOUNT bracket and 32 Inch via samsung tv so it stays under gazebo completely. You can add larger, but this was a secondary TV to my main one outside. Buy the blackstone MOUNT as it fits perfect and made for gazebo.
